WASO Crescendo

2022 marks the sixth year TLK has partnered with the WA Symphony Orchestra on its Crescendo music education program, designed to ignite a passion for music and learning among primary school children.

Weekly music classes are delivered by WASO’s Crescendo team to students at Medina Primary School and North Parmelia Primary School, with students in Years 4 to 6 are also receiving violin lessons.

The talented actors from Barking Gecko Theatre will this year be performing Cicada at Koorliny Arts Centre in Kwinana from 15-20 August, through a part. A mixture of school matinee performances, supposed by TLK, and general admission performances for local families, will be staged over the six-day season.

WA Museum

Tianqi Lithium continues its seven-year partnership agreement with the new WA Museum in 2022. This partnership includes sponsorship of the Connections Gallery within the museum which highlights the connections of different communities and cultures through history.

The Museum, which officially opened in November 2020, offers opportunities to host local Kwinana school children and Tianqi families to attend the museum.
